Atlanta-based developer Pulte Homes Get Cobb Commissioners Approval For New Subdivision.
The subdivision, which will be located on nearly 50 acres of former farmland near the intersection of Ebenezer and Blackwell roads. It is currently made up of rolling fields with a large lake near a small ranch house.
It will consist of 99 single-family homes. The homes will be a minimum of 1,600 square feet. The proposed plan results in a net density of 2.03 units per acre.
